Hi, all. Re-joining for support.
I've been back at PP weight since 2 wks PP but am looking to lose another 15. Those 15 pounds have been around for years, but I lost them after DD and I want to keep them off. So this is less pregnancy weight loss and more just weight loss. I'm 5'6 and at 150. I'd like to get down to between 130-135. Right now I'm working on hitting 2000 calories or less a day- aiming more for 1800- and feeling good. I eat tons of whole foods but got into a pattern of eating way too many calories/too much sugar/too many nuts in the past couple weeks. Joined crono-meter which is helping a ton, planning meals. I'm doing 3 meals of 400-500 calories a day, and one snack of 200-300 calories a day, plus TONS of water/green tea and the occasional cup of high-antioxidant coffee.
My current short-term goal is to get into this sundress I bought while pregnant for a party in two weeks at a country club :) It's an 8 and should be totally doable, but I want to look gooood.
I also need to find some way to excercise. Right now it is just so damn hot. I'd like to start walking in morning or evenings, then work up to jogging as weather cools down. In fall/once it cools we will be doing a lot of hiking. I may join the YMCA this winter to keep from going completely crazy.

I think I look pretty good, but it's really hard for me to have perspective of where my body "should" be at at this point. I think I'm doing okay :) I did some weighted (baby laying on me) leg lifts last week and overdid it- sore/swollen abs/belly and bleeding started up. So I'm trying to take it slow :) I barely stop moving all day w/ DD and babe and housework and getting out and about, and am up from 5/6 til 9-11 most days, so that has to count for something. Right now moderating what I can, which is food!
