Does your labor 'fit' your child?

This will really only work for mamas who aren't first timers... But while my MW was over yesterday and we were (not so patiently) waiting to see if I was in labor we were chatting about how kids seem to 'fit' their labors sometimes.
Example: my first had a very textbook, right on schedule labor. First I lost my mucus plug, then my contractions started, then transition.... Very methodical and progressive.
My second shot into this world with a fiery passion with little warning and very haphazard.

This explanations of labor sound very much like my kids personalities! Oldest likes to process things, think them through, and then make a calculated decision. He doesn't like to be rushed.
Youngest is a crazy daredevil always pushing the limits.
What will the next one be like????

Any opinions? Does this hold true for anyone else? It's fun to think about... :-)

My dd was a frank breech vaginal birth (feet up at her shoulders).  She's an amazing, flexible, gymnast now. lol.gif

My 3rd was unplanned-unnasisted, cord wrapped, fast labor. He's the daredevil of the family. lol.gif

And Trilly, who shot into this world with hardly ANY warning is the quietest, most peaceful little newborn you could imagine. Here's hoping it sticks!
