Low Pinchy pains?
I have also felt our daughter more literally poking my cervix... We've seen her hand-to-face in a few ultrasounds now, and it hurts when she's wiggling those fingers in my pelvis next to her head...
Our midwifery practice said that RRL tea is "nutritive" not "medicinal," which I thought was interesting. She said that when I asked if it stimulated the uterus, and she said "no." Seems to be a bit of controversy since I've seen other people claim it does physically stimulate the uterus, especially in high doses.
It makes me feel light-headed and a little "high" which I decided I didn't like. I stopped drinking it. However, Yogi tea, like the blend I was drinking, isn't pure RRL. It's a nettle, oatstraw and whatnot blend, so IDK which part of it was making me feel funky.
It can't be that critical, because plenty of women with no access to raspberries have had healthy labors and babies :)
