Gaye - Yes, total rockstar. I can't quite even imagine it but then I don't see much of a future with any of my in-laws once the tie that binds is severed (not that I'm planning anything).
Kerc - Here's my EC breakdown. Do 50 squats. Sit down, talk to kids. Notice that time is going by and get down on floor for 1 minute of planking. Check watch with :14 to go and tough it out. Get up, wander to kitchen, get glass of water. Wander back to tv room. Sit down. Remember that there's more to do. Get back on floor for 25 push-ups. Repeat entire sequence two more times. If you're badass add in some wall sits and triceps dips.
