Real - That's a terrible accident! And I'm so so sorry about the recurring idiotic argument with dh. It makes me feel sad and exhausted to read about it, I can only imagine how deflating you must find it all. Anytime you need to go to a Music conference in the San Juan's by yourself I will set one up. I know plenty of musicians ;)
50 pu and 30 tricep dips/3 minutes of planking/60 squats and 1-minute wall sit. Here are the totals from today: 50 pu and 50 tri dip/3 minutes of planking/60 squats. My hamstring has been hurting for about a week; I probably shouldn't have done the squats yesterday or today. Anyway, are those totals close to what we're aiming for? Am I on the right track?
That sounds like the right track to me! I hadn't thought of wall sits though I should have seeing as how popular they are with my boxing teacher. Yesterday I did 3 sets of 50 squats/1 minute plank and 25 push-ups. I did do the second round of push-ups on knees but I should push myself because I know I can do them regular style if I just grunt it out. I should also add triceps dips because those are HARD for me.
Sparkle - When are Worlds? We will be trekking around Vancouver Island at the end of August, I'd love to see a little amazing climbing (and someday try some myself too).
