Look at how busy we are all!

 

I love it!  I love how everyone muses out loud about their workouts and schedules.....

 

 

Who said they might not make their goal?  I might have to re-do mine as well.   The ankle sprain might slow me down more than I thought.  Or it might be that I will be at the beach for a week this month and in Aruba for a week.    Poor me huh!!!

 

 

7/1 - 30 minutes weights
7/2 - 45 minutes run
7/3 - 30 minutes total. Walking on beach and laps in pool
7/4 - 40 minutes total. 20 minutes swimming laps 20 minutes running

7/5 - nada

7/6 - driving home from vacay

7/7 - 50 minutes on the stairs at the gym

7/8 - 110 minutes   30 minutes intense weights at the gym.  Then 80 minutes running at the park with my daughter. 

305/1200 - think I might fail this month

I might not have time for a big walk, but I really have no excuse for missing 10 minutes of yoga in my day.  I am not a morning person, and I try to get myself moving and getting chores done and sometimes that means I forget the yoga.  Oh, well.
