April - your kids are so little - I'm in awe of how you manage to even get out of the house!  I wasn't able to work out on a regular basis until my oldest was a 5th grader.  It's so hard to work out when the kids are little.   I wouldn't leave them at the gym daycare, I was a freak about their nap schedules and my husband was NO help.  It was hard.  So I admire any mom who is able to do it.  I could barely keep the kitchen clean!

And I will have fun in Aruba!  I will be taking my third trip with my hubby in 20 years without kids.  I can't wait!

Jaxy - I feel you!  It was hard for us to move ds1 to his bed.  My dd was perfect!  She transitioned easily and so did ds2.   You're right though, being consistent is the key.  Good luck with him!

15  Finally!  25 min yoga.

I need to savor the deliciousness of getting back tothis level of yoga as a reminder why I need to come back to this daily.  But I almost shirked again today.  You know what it has been in part?  I'm slow getting going in the morning, and it's hot, so once I get some juice flowing, I feel like I need to get out to the garden to work and water while it is still relatively cool.  Then, I forget because I missed my window.  At least I don't feel like a complete layabout now!  But that's not my excuse everyday.  Still working on this.  I've been doing yoga regularly for 8 months now.  That's a victory!  The grass season is almost done.  Just this nasty fescue to power through-- it's the worst!

555/610  This month is looking better.... more hikes on the way next week!

Sweet Silver!  I know that feeling!  I get my kids up and out of the house for their xc practice every morning and then I realize I'm alone.  So do I take my cup of coffee to the garden and weed in quiet for an hour.  Or do I put my shoes on and go run.    Such a dilemma.   You can't weed in the afternoon and you certainly can't run in 90 degree heat in the afternoon.   My husband took the large patio umbrella from my furniture set, hammered a piece of rebar into the ground and slide the umbrella over it.   I can now pick green beans and week in the shade.  It's nice!

Thanks :)  I only really get out to walk in the afternoon because they get so whiny in the afternoon - I need the break!  Once they're in the pram I get that time to finish a thought without being interrupted with a million different requests
