Good Morning! I almost forgot I was doing this. Perhaps if I had remebered that I would be the first post in th thread I would have behaved in a more inspiring way this weekend. My friend came from out of town and I ate out all weekend long.

So, I have no good news, but at least no bad news. Here is my info:

Last week: 175 lbs
Current weight: 175 lbs
Total loss this week: 0 lb
Total loss since baby: 51 lbs
Total loss since September: 37 lbs
Total Loss since joining MDC Club on 2/9: 19 lbs

Hope others did better!!!

Have a great week,

Megan

Good news for me!!!

Starting weight: 168
Last week: 130
This week: 128
Weight-loss this week: 2 pounds
Total weight-loss: 40 pounds

I was thinking that my body was settling at 130 and that it was my "natural" weight... Was wrong! I even bought a box of dark chocolates (but I'm really good at eating only 1 or 2 pieces each day - wonder how I will react when AF will hit home )

I don't have a goal anymore... I've said 125 but numbers don't have meanings anymore - health and fitness are way more important. I'll stick with the healthy eating and doing exercices to feel good and increase my physical resistence.

As I said, I dont' know if I will be able to come here as often - had to come this morning to share the loss but really shouldn't be here :

Well, I'm back from 2 weeks at my parents. I did nothing but eat! My mom is a good cook and I had an easter basket.

But despite all of the eating I came home nad I'm down one pants size!! I can now fit into my size 14 pants! They are a little snug in the belly...that darn post c/b belly just will not shrink at all!!... but fit great everywhere else!!

I have one more week till I weigh in. My goal was 170 by the end of April. I guess we'll see how it goes!

Ate ice cream last night! And a few nights before that we got pizza. I was going to work out twice last week with my new weight training program, but I only did one day. But, that is better then nothing from before . I'm still being really good about drinking a good amount of water every day and I think that's been a big help in getting the weight loss going and just feeling better.

Happy with my weigh in today at 220.5

Start weight (Mar 04): 223.5
Last week: 221.5
This week: 220.5

Loss this week: 1 pound
Total loss : 3 pounds
Goal for next week's weigh in: 219

20 lbs to lose for June 2004 birthday goal of 199

74 lbs to lose for Ultimate Christmas 2004 Goal of 145 lbs

This week: continue to drink 3-4 quarts of water per day. Up the weight work out to twice this week. Cardio work out (jogging on treadmill) twice this week. Yoga once this week.

I gained this week...Blah

Last week: 154.5
This week: 155.5
Lost: 0
Gained: 1
Mini Goal: 146 by end of May
Ultimate Goal: 130ish by November

I don't know what happened, well it may have been the brownies last night or the lack of exercise at the gym. Oh well, I am feeling good and this week will have to hit the gym a couple of times.

Congrats to all who lost or stayed the same! Talk to you next week!

Wow, I like the new look of MDC!

Once again, I only have a gain to report :
Last week 172-173
This week 175

I have been drinking loads of water, sleeping well, working hard during the day, and not eating after supper! Last night we ordered in Vietnamese food and got treated to m&m ice cream for dessert. Maybe I'm retaining fluid from the Vietnamese? It's my third week of consistency working out 50min three times per week and yesterday I felt strong enough to upgrade to the the 50 min Winsor Pilates (pretty near killed myself and felt like Demi More in JI Jane). I'm a little confused but I think inches and not pounds are going as my clothes fit differently. I'm also not weighing myself through the week. I seem to keep on track better that way. I was surprised at what the scale said this morning. Hope you all are doing better than I did this week. Megan, you're my buddy this week! Let's try to lose at least 1 lb each and break our lull!

Way to go, ladies! You all are doing great! (You too, Melissa- you rock on the exercise! Keep it up and you'll get there!)

I've got good news, too - I'm back on track! I've being doing a lot of exercising and a lot of walking. Now that the weather's getting really nice I need to get outside to work out more.

Highest PP weight: 216
Start at MDC: 198
Last week: 149.5
This week: 146.5
Mini-goal: 140
Ultimate dream goal: 130-135

I am going back to work 3 days a week starting May 11, so my goals are to keep working out on non-work days and control my eating so that I don't gain any weight back and maybe even keep losing.
Wow congrats busybusymama! Good job reaching your first goal! And congrats to all other losers of course .

I am doing well, on track to be goal weight by late summer.

[B]Normal Weight for Me (5'7"): 150ish, size 8/10
Post-Partum Weight: 218
Weight Last Week: 181.5
Current Weight: 179.5
Next Goal: 178.5
Final Goal: 150ish. Well, OK, 145 would be spectacular, but I haven't weighed that since I rowed crew in college!!!! So I'll take anything under 153.

Well, I haven't checked in for 2 weeks as I was on vacation the 14th through 18th and hadn't the courage to step on the scale until this past weekend. :

Fortunately, the news is relatively good (keeping in mind that vacation for our family means not keeping to a "diet") It's a 0.8 lb gain, but that's much less than I thought it would be.

My stats:

Height: 5'5"
All-time high (1/03): 215
Began at MDC (3/04) : 195
Two weeks ago: 190.4
This week: 191.2
Mini-goal by 5/6/04: 185
Goal by Labor Day (my 25th b-day): 142

This week's goals: back to the H2O - 64 oz/day minimum! and a good long walk in the evening. That should (hopefully!) turn things around. I gotta get cracking if I want to meet my long-term goal!

Go sisters go! You can do it!

edited for pathetically bad math.

Thanks for the encouragement Quirky. I was wondering, who has the before and after pictures to see online? They would really be an encouragement to me at this point.

Before and after pictures would be great. I know you could tell with me! From a size 20 to a 10, people everywhere stop me to tell me how great I look, they can't believe how much weight I have lost so quickly. Hopefully I'll have good news in the morning!
