I can feel one of Aubreys teeth starting to poke through. Sniffle. I like the gummy grin.

Welp, it looks like Amelia is starting to learn how to crawl! She pushes up onto all 4s and rocks back and forth a bunch, it's just a matter of time before she's off terrorizing the whole house. Ela started to crawl early too, and had the full-on cross-crawl down at 5 months old. But it looks like Amelia is going to beat her older sister's record. She turns 4 months on the 28th. I was really hoping for a mellow, stationary baby, lol.
holy cow kitteh! that's amazing! i kind of can't wait for aubrey to get there, since she gets crazy frustrated at not being mobile, but she's nowhere near. she's got more desire than nick ever did to get moving, but less drive, lol. she keeps getting distracted by her fingers and toes. on another note, her first tooth (teeth?) are starting to poke through.
Can you guys see this? Not sure if it will link correctly.
Also, lol @ the background chatter--DH was giving Ela a bath. I love the part where she tried to explain to him what drumsticks are. "For the drum, daddy. To go Ba-Boom, Ba-Boom, Ba-Boom!" Cutie patootie.
Voondrop--what other language would you like to be speaking more? We need to be speaking much more Spanish around the house. Or really, we ought to take a long trip to visit relatives in Chile! I think that would make a huge difference as far as my daughter's reluctance to speak Spanish.
Cute video, Kitteh! Amadora has been rolling over and over and over and over for the past couple weeks. Or week? I'm not very good at paying attention to time, lol. She also holds her head up high when on her tummy, but not lifting her body yet. She does kick with her legs a lot like she wants to go! I am kind of stressing about the house not being baby-proofed. Even if I do some things to baby proof it, the real thing I'm worried about is her older sisters (11 and 15) not remembering to keep small and otherwise potentially dangerous things out of reach. Makeup, hair straighteners, etc. They haven't had a baby around since our 11 year old was a baby. Oh boy. *Deep breath*.
Everyone's babies are so active and bright!
Kitteh-I hope you have a little more time before DD starts crawling!
Charlie is on the move too. He is rolling over better and better every day. He is good on his tummy and starting to push with his legs. When I put him on the play mat, he is quickly going off the side of it one way or another. We got a jumperoo and he seems to like it but his feet don't reach the ground well. He is working on figuring it out. He giggles and smiles and screeches now too! Babyproofing is definitely on my mind! I wouldn't mind having an expert's help, but DW thinks she can do it herself. We shall see.
I finally reached the craptastic milestone; I thought we would get here a lot sooner - I was beginning to think this was a milestone we would skip! Aubrey pooped while in the wrap and it exploded all over both of us. It was the first time I actually had to change both of our outfits! LOL.
Also, we definitely hit "mental leap 4" from the wonder weeks, DD is way more aware of things - it's so cool!
Kitteh, even if she doesn't don't ever want to speak it, at least she knows it. We've got a large Spanish & Hmong population in our area & since we plan on never leaving, one or both of those. My Spanish is slightly higher than Sesame Street level but I can figure out the Spanish books in the children's section of the library pretty well. Hearing it is much harder.
