169.5 , down about 2 lbs and reaching my goal of getting in the 160s!
I'm glad of course but something is weird. To the point that I had to weigh a second time lol. I lost 2 lbs but didn't exercise nearly as much (was sick half the week). I did work really hard at work. And we've been broke so I've been eating beans, brown rice and fish. No snacking. Some sweets that I made out of what we had which is buckwheat, quinoa, millet, flax seed flour. I guess diet is more than I thought! I always thought I coudln't lose weight without a lot of exercise but I might have been wrong!
We'll see how this week goes!
i was doing rather well and then today i'm so tired i ... forgot the door keys in the keyhole (luckily an old lady upstairs has a nurse come over ever day & the nurse on her way up the stairs noticed and rang my bell to let me know about the keys ! .. it's nice and comforting to realise there are nice people around !!!) .... AND have just had TWO large helpings of ice cream (which i baught "to reward the children" of course ... except none of them eat coffe flavored ice-cream !!!!)
hoping to sleep better tonight AND be more reasonnable foodwide tomorrow !
I've been trying really hard to only weigh in on Mondays so that I wouldn't get discouraged. Well, I gave in today, and it read 214. That would be up 8lbs from Monday. Impossible. So I tried again (30 sec. later) and it read 210. Wow, that was the easiest 4lbs I've ever lost. Then I used the restroom, and tried again. Back up 3lbs to 213. Then I took a shower and tried again, and it read 209.
I'll weigh in on Monday, but I can't promise any kind of accuracy.
