How's it going everyone? I'm doing *OK*. Trying to eat less, not eat when stressed, and excercise more. Had a barbecue this weekend at a friend's house and did alright. Better than I would've done a few weeks ago not as good as I should do.
I did yoga yesterday and can feel it today :LOL I think I'm going to take a long walk with the kids later.

Lots of stress eating, lots of carbs, not enough water or excercise. Argh! I'm so disappointed in myself. Just seems like I only have enough time to grab some food and run. Ds3 cries if I try to sit down and eat. Therefore I stand and eat or eat in my room.
: That's just no good! I have to get back on track. I feel so yucky!
Plus being alone now I don't go out as much and I'm here where the food is. :LOL I know Monday I'll either be the same or will have gained a couple of pounds.
