Weight Loss Buddies April 26 - May 3

How's it going everyone? I'm doing *OK*. Trying to eat less, not eat when stressed, and excercise more. Had a barbecue this weekend at a friend's house and did alright. Better than I would've done a few weeks ago not as good as I should do. I did yoga yesterday and can feel it today :LOL I think I'm going to take a long walk with the kids later.

I pigged out on muffins this morning. I hope I don't set myself up for overeating all day because of that. I have not exercised yet. I just have no motivation. Is cleaning the house considered exercise, cuz it feels like I clean all day long.... :

Last week was a disaster. Starting today, I am giving up sugar completely. Moderatiion just ain't my thing! I am also starting a new program called Eat to Live. It is basically a whole foods program. Very little to no processed food. lots of raw. Very healthy.

Still managed to lose 1 lb. I guess b/c of exercize.

I need to start walking daily and this is a good place to check in for exercise and food intake. went out with dh for dinner and had ice cream but used excuse that I'm still nursing a lot!!!

I walked for an hour this week, but made up for it and the sheer volume of food I have been eating. Sugar is creeping back into my diet. YUCk, gotta start over again.

I've done so BAD this week! Lots of stress eating, lots of carbs, not enough water or excercise. Argh! I'm so disappointed in myself. Just seems like I only have enough time to grab some food and run. Ds3 cries if I try to sit down and eat. Therefore I stand and eat or eat in my room. : That's just no good! I have to get back on track. I feel so yucky!

I haven't lost anything in a couple of weeks. The doc put me on thyroid meds and I'm hungry all the time now. Plus being alone now I don't go out as much and I'm here where the food is. :LOL I know Monday I'll either be the same or will have gained a couple of pounds. :

Hi all, mind if I join you? I was an active runner till baby #4 was born last summer. Now powerwalking 4 miles 3x a week. Need to get eating undercontrol to get rid of final 30 lbs. I need a board I can be accountable to!Starting Dr Phils Rapid Start meal plans today.
