Would no shampoo help scalp?

Hi, I'm new here, I hope you all can give me some good ideas. My dd is 21 months and has developed a really bad dry scalp problem over the last few months. I'm not sure what is going on, but I am wondering if she could be allergic to shampoo. I saw there was a list of receipes but I wasn't sure about how/where to start this with a toddler. Any and all advice is welcome since I have no idea what to do.
Thanks,
Laura

Sounds like a shampoo thing. My 4 yo dd gets an itchy scalp when i shampoo her. Try no-poo, it helped my dd a lot.

What do you do instead of poo on your dd? I haven't used any shampoo on her in about a week, just a little bit of baking soda instead. I am nervous about getting it in her eyes. I think her scalp is looking better though.

I think a lot of people just use water, actually, on the kiddos with good results. My kids are still poo-ers because DH gives them their baths and I can't seem to get him to give up the habit and haven't expended the energy to try to change the habit. He only washes their hair 1-2 times per week though.

I do BS and ACV about 1 or 2x a week.
