I have been TERRIBLE about remembering to take prenatals, and I'm not a huge fan of supplements anyway but pregnancy is a different ball of wax. We eat very healthily and the window for neural tube defects closed awhile ago so I'm not overly concerned about folic acid, but what about iron? I've always been borderline anemic and I know how important iron is in pregnancy.
Does anyone take Floradix? Another kind of iron supp? Just eat lots of steak? :)
