When does morning sickness hit you?
late afternoon through the evening.
If you can stand it, I'd try eating every couple of hours during your worst times. I stopped eating at 3 and often just quit eating after that because I felt so miserable. Now having a little something has really made a difference, especially if I eat a little every hours. Between that and the B6 and seabands it's doing a lot better. When I was feeling good and a little hungry I wandered around the grocery store and just grabbed whatever intuitively called to me. In my case it was little cups of greek yogurt, bread pudding cups, and lots of different kinds of flavored cheeses. So those are my evening meal (maybe a couple of eggs too) but spread out eating one thing every hour for like 5 hours instead of all at once or going with an empty stomach. Maybe next it will be fruit or whatever, normally dairy doesn't appeal to me at all (though I'm not intolerant of it) but my body must need something in it right now. I'm sure in a few weeks it might be different!
