BFP for me!

I wasn't sure yesterday (line was too faint) but today it's definitely there. I'm terrified after my chemical pregnancy last month but today at 14 dpo I've already made it farther than I did last month. I'm trying to be very zen about this, and what may be will be.

Congratulations brooksfam! I've also been testing with Wandfo - as opposed to the super sensitive brands - because I didn't want a positive result until it was "strong" enough, to avoid heartbreak you know? Sticky babies for us both. And for all the other graduates this month.

delightedbutterfly -- no, that isn't insane!  That's what we call logical and thorough!!  lol.gif  (I honestly would have done the same thing in your place!)  I'm sure it was annoying to see the BFN though.  greensad.gif

Winter -- aw, sorry about the BFN.  It is early.  Your plan sounds good to wait 'til Sunday to buy more.  I had cramps early on with my DS, so definitely don't discount due to cramping!

brooksfam and Anaralia -- WHOO HOO!!!  So excited for you both!  Congratulations!!

Congrats on all the positives!!!! Yay we have had lots this month lets hope all of them are very sticky smile.gif

Thank you everyone! Anaraila, congrats to you too girl! Yes, let's hope we have very sticky babies! :-)

Good luck to everyone testing this week! I'm thinking of you all.

Congrats Anaralia and Brooksfam!

11DPO today and my chart is looking pretty good. I had a small temperature drop at 8DPO and it has been going straight up since. I have only had a chart like that one time and right after the spike my temp plummeted. I am anticipating that again because at it's already been so long I can't even imagine getting a BFP. I will be on pins and needles for the next few days taking my temp... AF is due on Wednesday. Wish me luck!

Good luck to everyone and sticky babies!!

Good luck Marcyse!

Congratulations Brooksfam and Anaralia!! joy.gifjoy.gif How exciting to get that BFP, happy and healthy 9 months to you both!

12 DPO today tested and BFN d'oh! greensad.gif

A line appears pretty quickly on the test but it is a skinny line and has no pink color to it, so another evap line which is so annoying because it gives false hope briefly... AF is due tomorrow, but I know I won't be able to wait until it arrives or not to test again, so I plan to use my one and only digital test tomorrow morning. I wonder if a digital test is more accurate earlier than the internet cheapies. My boobs are a bit sore but no more than usual around AF time so far.

I don't think digital ones are more accurate, but they do save you from squinting at lines and wondering whether or not you see them. I like digital tests when I'm testing early but not so much later on, when I like to see the line getting stronger. Good luck!

so happy for you Brooksfam and Anaralia!! sticky babies to you smile.gif)))

I could have tested today, I'm CD 26 which was as long as last cycle went. but I panicked. I want to so bad, but I'm afraid of seeing a BFN. I can wait a couple more days. I've been getting semi- positives with opk strips, I'm sleepy, I'm eating everything in sight, and this morning I had green BM. hoping those are good signs.

baby dust to all!!

Winter - I think for me, I would be hesitant to use a digital that early because my understanding is that there are more sensitive tests out there.  They are just so expensive that it seems maybe worth while to save that one until a little later.  I think if I were to use one, it would maybe be in a situation like getting a faint positive on a stick and then confirming with a digital the next day.  Although if you are getting a possible faint positive, maybe it IS time to break out the digital?  Do you feel pretty sure that it's only an evap?

clarwyn - sounds promising!  Good luck!

Good luck marcyse

7DPO here and still feeling very positive!

I promise I didn't run out on you ladies - it was my son's first birthday, and then he got sick and we've been dealing with that. I have been reading along, though!

Congrats to Anaralia and brooksfam!

tanty - Glad your spotting stopped, let us know how you're doing if you get a chance!

Clarwyn - Thanks for the info. I have heard some brands say to use FMU, but most of my research says LH tends to surge in the early afternoon, so I've gone off that. How weird that your cycles keep getting shorter! What did your sister think you were doing "wrong" with temping? Hopefully none of it matters and you'll be getting a clear BFP soon.

AFM, nausea has kicked in even earlier this pregnancy than last. Yay. But it hasn't been unmanageable yet, so that's good. Hoping to see lots of you in DDCs soon! (I'm planning to join the May one when it opens, since my EDD is April 28.)

monkeyscience, my sister thought temps should always be upwards of 98. so when I told her I kept getting 97.1, she said my thermometer must be broken. so I got a new one (well from goodwill, but unopened), that was specifically basal, and same thing. she said I must be doing something wrong. then I heard that basal temps are *supposed* to be lower.

Yeah, that's definitely wrong! I'm barely over 98 most mornings while pregnant. My lowest-ever pre-O reading was 96.4, and I've gotten that a lot more than once. In fact, prior to my last pregnancy, I was most often under 97.0 before O.

Yay, Anaralia and brooksfam!

So happy for you!

I tested this morning and another BFN.

Ahhh I understand. I do NOT live in Arizona and I had two summer babies and I'm kinda wanting to skip trying in Oct and Nov just to avoid another July/Aug baby! But then I've also realized that we get COLD long winters here and for birthday parties... Summer is a good thing! Kinda like your summers would be I guess!

DD1 is 8 and DD2 is 5 and I'm not going to lie but this is going to be a way bigger age gap then I ever wanted. When I first started having babies I wanted them back to back to back to back... Then we realized that that wasn't ideal but we still wanted them a couple years apart and it took almost a year of trying for number 2. And then life happened and it was never the "right" time. I was really sick and money was really tight. Now that we know how to handle my health and money isn't really an issue it's time... But sometimes I get that panicked "What are you doing, they are so easy now!" feeling. My babies have been fairly easy infants but still I don't have one attached to my breast and they will both be in school this year!!!!

Glad the interview went well! I may have missed it but have you tested yet?

I tested with FMU using a wondfo pregnancy test and got a faint, noticeable line. I then tested with a First Reponse and got a very noticeable line! Praying that this is it.

Huge congrats brooksfam!!!!!!

Always disappointing to see a BFP, but honestly I don't have much hope for TTC in 2013. And I won't persue anything further until next year I don't think... Although my doctor may have other plans. I'm temping and taking progesterone and vitamins and tiring out my husband... But I still don't think I'm always ovulating... Well according to FF I'm not always ovulating. I really want to just stop it all. All temping, all extra drugs (not Vit D though, I'm in love with that stuff!!!!) and just tire out the husband instead when we feel like it :) But I'm such a control freak that I don't know if I can do that. As it is I've stepped down my worrying quite a bit and that's huge for me!

I hope you can get some answers soon Winter, and I hope for you it's a BFP!!!

clarwyn, my temps are often below 98*.... in fact you should see this morning temp http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/28bb6f and that was after I rolled around fighting with my blanket before realizing I was awake and needed to temp!

UPDATED TO HERE

AFM: today is 7DPO and my temp dropped to ridiculous levels of low. I've never seen my temp so low. So I guess I'm waiting on AF. Given my groucy mood this afternoon and the crazy acne and oily face I'm just biding my time. I'm sorry I haven't been on much lately. I'm feeling really depressed and I'm trying to just ride it out. I have so much to do and I'm avoiding all of it but the most important the last couple weeks. I realized a big issue was that I wasn't taking my Vit D for waaaaay too long and I need a decent dose every day. And I'm finding this TTC thing really tough. I want a baby right now more than anything, but I'm also looking forward to my kids being in school and having a bit of full on *me* time 5 days a week. I can get as much me time as I want right now when DH is home but I like to spend that time with him :) I know a baby will come when it's ready to be in our lives. DH has also decided that he wants a baby *now* too and thinks we aren't doing enough to make that happen. irked.gif A couple more weeks until they are both in school full time and hopefully a couple more weeks until I'm almost ready to O again! Now come on AF I'm ready for ya!

Please add me to the list. I just got a Positive OPK so I'm waiting to know 2ww! Here is my chartMy Ovulation Chart

couldn't sleep this morning, so I got up and tested. BFN. no sign of AF other than being super cranky (but I only slept for like two hours), so I guess we'll see if I should test again. a girlfriend out of the blue last night told me she has a feeling I'm pregnant, heh. I'd like to believe it, but the test seemed pretty sure.

I'm going back to bed. I'll decide how I want to handle next cycle, after I get some sleep.

Well I am totally bummed now greensad.gif Another BFN today, this time on a Digital test and AF here please move me to waiting to O. I'm just so frustrated that yet again it hasn't worked even with perfectly timed bd this cycle. Why why why? I just stared at the window saying 'Not Pregnant' as though the longer I looked it would somehow change to 'pregnant' dizzy.gif

I don't want to stop trying, but I'm beginning to feel pressure to conceive because it hasn't happened yet. It's very upsetting to keep failing at this...

delighted your temp drop at 7DPO could be the implantation temp drop!
