I'm a new Mommy of an adorable 16 month old sweet little baby boy and I'm suffering with a great deal of stress. I need some kind caring wise advice, but first I would like to make sure that there are some vegetarian (or on their way there) holistic Ayurvedic Mommies who are reading this and can offer some support and gentle caring friendship. My husband and I are 100% holistic herbalists and we're doing our best to take good care of ourselves and our baby in a healthy wise holistic manner. My body type is classic Vata and I am highly sensitive and feel stressed very easily. I'm a non-smoker, never smoked anything any day in my life. I don't consume any caffeinated drinks or foods and I consume only natural organic non-dairy non-gmo plant-based foods and drinks. I drink spring water, herbal tea, like Vata tea, and non-dairy soy, almond, and rice drinks. I practice TM transcendental meditation, though I need to do it more often, and I do my best to do as much self-soothing comforting as possible. I am suffering from a couple painful health difficulties and I need to connect and chat/talk with Mommies who understand where I'm coming from and can relate to my healthy lifestyle and can offer suggestions as to help me feel better and also offer caring moral support and friendship.
