I personally need this thread to stay accountable.
I'm going for 1000 minutes this month. I'm traveling out of the country with a friend who doesn't work out. I'm going to be grabbing workouts when I can.
7/1. - 30 minutes upper body weights
7/2. - 45 minute run
7/5. - 70 minutes. 40 running. The rest sculpting
