6 dpo and very sharp pains on my left side

Hi all, my husband and I have been ttc for over a year now.. 15 months to be exact.. I am 37, but very youthful, and healthy, and everything is fine with me.. He has sperm issues... Low motility, morphology, etc.. Though we have been working on a strict health regime to address his issues.

We had a chemical pregnancy in June, which made us hopeful that his lil guys are improving, but haven't done another sperm analysis yet. And now I'm hoping that despite his issues,or perhaps cause they've improved, I am preggars!

Won't be able to even start testing til sat, trying not to obsess, but starting last night, have had powerful, sharp cramps on my left side. Especially when I turn to the side. They are on and off, but REALLY hurt! Which makes me wonder, should they hurt that much? I've already had appendicitis, so it's not that.. Today my Basal temp dropped... Could this be implantation? Also have tender breasts, let's of cervix mucous, weird dreams... a lot of symptoms, but don't want to get my hopes up, and because there are issues, worried it's a long shot.. Would love to hear others implantation symptoms.

Welcome ghindugirl. So sorry your post was missed.

Anyone have any experienced advice or reassurance to offer?

I get really weird cramps (different from AF) every cycle for two weeks after ovulation ever since my miscarriage.  I hope they are implantation cramps for you though!  Some people do see temp dips during implantation, but everyone is different.  If you see any spotting, that might be another sign of implantation.  Good luck! :)
