Wow wren mom! Whatcha got in that milk!? Anyone else hungry all the dang time with nursing? I noticed my supply increased at 14 weeks old. Annoying to have to eat as much as a pregnant woman does...

I am starving all the time too. Stupid dairy allergy. Cheese used to be my main snack source.

I have to force myself to eat most days and if I wait too long I get this headache that just won't quit ): and my milk seems to have decreased.

Hi tde! Been thinking About u smile.gif cold this week! Ugg it's adding to my hunger I think.

I thought I might be the only one eating ice cream for meals!  I'm not as hungry as I was at first, but I've run out of the freezer meals I put up before I had Oliver, and I don't have as much time to cook as I thought I would at this point.  I'm hoping that, when he's able to sit on his own, he might be content to play by himself for some time... might be another pipe dream...

My hunger signals are broken, but I an thirsty All The Time. I usually sit down to dinner and have to refill my water glass 2x before I can eat.

Tenk I missed your post. Headaches and caring for kids do not mix. Maybe Camden is ready for cereal? Cole sleeps so well I haven't even thought of opening the rice cereal.
So my mom is always trying to diagnose everything and thinks cole is slow. So irritating. And right now she thinks my nephew has diabetes due to 1 blood draw...

Do you have any of that silly baby gear we're not supposed to waste money on? I love my playmat with dangly toys and music for keeping her occupied on her own. She loves that dang plastic parrot. @Ruheling knows what I'm talking about!

Cynthiamoon we have a dangly playmat thing with a little tiger. My toddler loves it as much as baby does. Yay $15 once upon a child wink1.gif

Elliott loves his playmat and his exersaucer. Why are we not supposed to waste our money on that?

I'd be lost without the Kick N Play Piano. So pricey... so worth it.

The leader of my new parent group says, a baby/child will ultimately spend ALL your money so you may as well start spending it on things that are useful/helpful for you!

It's a bit of a joke on the "useless baby gear" threads that are always floating around. And also a bit of a "crunchier than thou" joke, since most of that stuff is made of un recyclable petroleum derived toxic gas emitting *gasp* plastic!

I actually *do* try to avoid this sort of thing, but it's not like we bought her 7 different contraptions.

We don't have one. But that's just because we don't buy any baby gear, really. We had a few thigs with my oldest and she never used them so I sold them and never tried again. Ryan and I talked about making one of those dangly toy stand thingys (is that what a play mat is?) but we will see if it ever happens! Haha

Ahh, yes, fisher price. She Loves her play gym. I think she'll like an exerdaucer too, time to check out some secondhand places!

Play gym. I mistyped. But yeah, those things with the dangly toys they can play with. It's a wonder for getting uninterrupted time to cook dinner, etc. because I don't need to keep giving the toy back to her when she lets it go.

Sometimes she also is content to just watch me cook and I do little demos and dances for her... smile.gif
