Hey, that's our old preschool! I second this!!
My son went there two years ago and we absolutely loved it. Gentle communication and conflict resolution and everything you could ever want in an attachment-friendly style preschool. Are parents required to leave the first day? No, they are required to STAY until their child feels truly comfortable. Cloth diaper friendly - I'm pretty sure the director herself cloth diapered her own child. Anyway, I searched high and low for a school that was "my people" and finally found it. They do all sorts of lovely projects with the kids and they are all optional. If a child is not into something, they don't have to do it, this is truly child centered. It is play based, no force fed curriculum and the teachers are passionate and really love these kids. It truly was an enriching experience we both made lasting friendships there.
Sniff. The preschool days are long over and now we're homeschooling. Can't I continue to send my kids there a couple times a week? Kidding. Sorta. ;)
