I've found that certain fatty foods make my throat itch and burn. It's becoming more common, which I find weird, and I was wondering if any of you ladies/men had some insight for me.
It started with coconut oil. Now I have problems with nut butters, coconut butter, some coconut milks, cheddar cheese, and cream cheese. It's usually when I eat those foods straight or in high concentration to other ingredients. I can usually eat these foods cooked into other things without any problems, except for coconut products.
I can eat other fatty food with no problems. Butter is fine, even straight, lard, olive oil, mozzarella cheese, those are all fine for me.
Has anyone else had this happen?
