cupofjoe, that sounds like a good amount!
I am 15w today and dropped to -7lbs. I expect to begin to gain weight any day now. I am really not into food now, and when I eat it's mostly proteins, veggies and fruits with occasional 100% juices.
I think it's mostly that my portions are smaller, I get full quite quickly. My body feels like sleeping all day and not so much eatingl. I am taking vitamins though and really do eat what I think to be plenty, I think I was overeating quite a bit before pregnancy. I have insulin resistance and normally have trouble feeling satiety.
This all being said, I am still firmly in the overweight range, 167 at 5'4".
