Anyone else getting this?! So annoying, it stops me from sleeping. I've been exercising which is meant to be able to help, and avoiding caffeine, but still feel all funny at night. I wake up at least twice at night and have to walk around a bit and do stretching to provide enough relief to get me back to sleep. Anyone else got any tips?
jekyph, will give that a try! Also, been doing a bit of my own research at home (ahem) and discovered that when partner and I DTD, I sleep perfectly well afterwards and my legs aren't so tingly feeling. Am avoiding telling him this, so that he doesn't think I'm using him to get a good night's sleep
I ordered this and started taking it before bed, they stopped immediately and now I just take it a couple times a week.
