Hey Ladies...so whenever I get pregnant, my dream world gets crazy! This happened with my last pregnancy too. It's like I spend all day running around in the real world reality and then as soon as I get in bed at night I close my eyes and I'm off to dream world reality. But it's just as vivid as the day-time reality. I feel like my body gets to rest, but my mind is constantly engaged in one reality or the other and its absolutely exhausting!! It was actually the crazy dreaming that inspired me to test. But I remember from last time that this really wore me down and left me feeling so depleted. So....any tips on helping my brain to sleep?? I don't watch any TV, I have an active meditation practice and don't consume much caffeine at all.
Insomnia and Crazy Dreams
I am the same exact way. I also NORMALLY have really bad insomnia...now it is even worse, and when I do sleep, my dreams are so real, I feel like I havent slept at all. Im exhausted all day, but cant seem to shut off during the night.
One thing that helps me is hypnotherapy. I am a certified hypnotherapist and some of my favorite sessions I do are on insomnia. Im not trying to sell you anything...from one pregnant mom to another, I will give you a free audio download, if you want. Im not asking for anything in eturn. i know how troubling it can be to not sleep.

I haven't found anything to help, but I've had the same problem. I sleep all night, but wake up feeling like I was running around all night. The past few days I've tried to stay busier during the day to avoid my afternoon desire to nap with the hopes that my body will be more worn out by nighttime.
