Raw Milk Newbie- tips/pointers?

We have 1.5 gallons of creamy raw milk in our fridge for the first time.  Can I expect a tummy ache for the first few days?  We've never drunk raw milk before.  

 

Also- should I try to make butter out of the cream settling on top?  What do you guys like to do?

 

So excited!  Particularly to see if my dairy-allergic kiddo can try some without a reaction.

I never experienced a tummy ache.  The taste is a bit different from pasteurized milk, ours is a bit "gamier", but we really enjoy the taste.

 

I just shake the cream back into the milk before pouring.  enjoy!
