Anyone living in cohousing developments? Am looking into one in Carrboro, NC but am hard pressed to imagine reducing by so many square feet and giving up storage etc. There was a time when I was dying to do this, and still am very attracted to it, but wonder if it is worth all the work ahead of time and even once in.
