Can anyone tell me do's and don'ts of pregnancy? And any helpful advice with pregnancy symptoms would be great! Morning sickness is super bad for me and I've tried everything!
Sucking on lemon, lime and/or mint lozenges can help. Always keep your tummy full. Protein is great. I ate a lot of greek yogurt. Citrus fruits are also good. The first trimester eat whatever stays down if you are vomiting often. Drink plenty of fluids to stay hydrated. Other than that, take it easy and rest when you need to.
