Since I had my baby WIC is now offering me a canned fish option. I'm sticking with salmon, rather than tuna, because of the mercury content. However, I have no clue what to do with the stuff! I have an easy cake recipe but that seems like it would get redundant after a while.
Do you have any good recipes with canned salmon in it? Care to share? I would prefer easy but yummy with a minimal ingredients list. Croc pot or ones that can be prepped in advance are wonderful since LO is a bear in the evening but a breeze in the morning/early afternoon.
