Uh, what's up with the Blackheart premium rum "seduction in a bottle" ad on this page right now??

Some of the ads on Mothering have been way off base lately..  I can't even imagine why junk food companies and rum companies would want to advertise here for a premium rate (I suspect that's why Mothering runs the ads anyway)..

It will be an even bigger adventure for us to move somewhere that I've never been.  Hell, I've never even been to Mexico and I currently live like 60 miles from the border!  Oh well though, I'm just cool like that and we'll do it anyway!  Aint nothin' gunna hold us down!

Maybe all the drinking talk?

I had one for Kraft Macaroni and Cheese today.  Im thinking, really?  Probably a waste of Kraft's money if you consider the majority of people on Mothering would probably not buy it.

Yeah that buffalo cheddar Mac 'n Cheese ad?  It's been on mine for weeks now.  Crazy.

My household buys that stuff :P

Sara, I thought you guys were GF?  Or are you referring to the rum?  :lol

I prefer Velveeta. It's less work.

Rum yes, mac and cheese, NO!  You'd think they'd at least try for an organic food company to put their ads there..  Maybe Mothering just takes whatever they can get..

I think there are pre-cooked mac and cheese trays that you just have to open and micro-wave..  That's probably the quickest option.

We buy those, too, Abra. I don't eat it, but Sara does. The boys do. The big kids probably would, too, on nights I work.

No rum. I'm a nun, remember?

The ad at the top of my page now is for Bobs RedMill..  That one makes sense..

Yeah, I have Bobs Red Mill and Hylands.

I must be the only one not seeing the ads :wink

I don't actually have ads because I placed in a photo contest and got that as my prize. But I have actually eaten velveeta mac and cheese for three of my last five meals. Family size goes a long way.

I. Love. Velveeta Mac N Cheese.

I also love this orange and banana the hospital gave me. Om nom. I can't wait to go home.

I have ads. I have no idea what they're for though. Guess I need to start paying attention.

It was the one handed typing. It'll get you every time. smile.gif

One handed typing sounds suspicious...

How are you feeling, Nicole?

Well, I managed to get J and dd2 before the school closed, picked up dinner, and made it home. So that's something!

Right now, in pain. Conner just showed his true colors about having to share mommy and my pain meds had worn off. Lordy.

One handed because I was holding Layla, LOL.
