As does half a pound of raisins. Sound advice.
I have a lot of dental work that still needs doing - single income, no dental plan... dental plans that we could buy don't even cover more than $500 in work!!! WTH?
I must be really lucky to not see adds. I wonder if it is a Canada vs US thing or I have something installed that blocks adds? Not sure...
Eli gets funky diarrhea when he sneaks grapes lol...
As for nap time ... Eli has gone through stages with naps. He skips two three days, then takes short naps (less than 45 minutes) then takes longer naps... he is a nightmare if he skips naps. He turns into a crying/whiny/clingy puddle of toddler-ness.
Becca, LOL! That's a lot of pickles!
Sonja: helmet yes, knee pads and elbow pads? Not so much. He's going to be walking the thing around for a while and when he does fall, it won't be far. Avery walks his around and has yet to fall. Awesome gift from the grandparents, btw!
I've just been working on this co-op and trying to stay awake. Watching the season finale of Homeland season 2 tonight. What is everyone else watching?
Jaimee, since we don't have a TV I am watching a really old show called Crossing Jordan, on our computer... I like tame things ;)
And yes, it is a great gift from my inlaws. It is great because we don't have to add that to our expenses. And I agree, helmet is a good thing - but honestly, knee and elbow pads aren't needed right now. She is fiercely over protective and fearful... so I am glad we don't live closer or she probably would have driven me insane. :) but I am thankful for everything she has been buying for Eli.
He keeps growing so fast. He is 36.5 inches tall and a little over 30 lbs. He is pretty skinny though... with a big belly lol.
All the cake talk in the past has me now watching "Cake Boss" on Netflix. I am amazed at what they can create, but I don't think I could ever eat on of their cakes (you know, frosting colors that don't appear in nature...ewwww...). It's light and brainless entertainment...just what I need right now.
