SEPTEMBER 1000 MINUTES EXERCISE CHALLENGE!

What's your challenge this month?

 

Mine, well, is to get back to exercise every day, then we'll see for a more challenging... challenge hehe. August has been sucky, I am glad it's over!

 

Starting strong!

 

09/01 80 (60 bike + 20 walk)

Hi! I know I went MIA half way through the last challenge but would love to join you again to get moving & closer to my goal of feeling fit & healthy.

This month I'm going to aim for 800 & hope for the best!

Good Morning Friends!!!  

 

This is a beautiful time of year to exercise!

 

I am on like donkey kong this month.   I would usually try to hit 1500 but I am taking it slow since I worked out less the last two months.  No injury for me!

Yes Lauren, 1000 mins for the month! You can adjust depending on your own work-out routine but 1000 is a pretty good goal! Good to have you back April and lab :)

Pulled a double at work for labor day, then little baby got an infection :( Ears and eyes! First time to the ER, it's very stressful for "new" parents :( So I'll take it easy with him for the next few days.

9/10 -  Was gonna run but my baby came home for a surprise visit from college.  No way was I leaving him to go run!

9/11 - 105 minutes!   What a workout.  I was doing these types of workouts before the kids got out of school for the summer.  Need them again!  2 sculpt classes with stairs in the middle and stretching....

09/12 60 bike, probably more, we were house hunting today and we went all over the place on our bikes DH, DS and I! I'm exhausted but excited about a house we found. Waiting for the answer from the landlord, it's nerve-wracking!!! We really want it, should know by tomorrow, so at least not too long to wait!!!
