9/10 -  Was gonna run but my baby came home for a surprise visit from college.  No way was I leaving him to go run!

9/11 - 105 minutes!   What a workout.  I was doing these types of workouts before the kids got out of school for the summer.  Need them again!  2 sculpt classes with stairs in the middle and stretching....

9/12 -  60 minutes pushmowing grass and running after

9/13 -  45 minute sculpt class

9/14 - 90 minutes walking, jogging at XC Invitational where we had over 800 athletes run our course
