I'm getting more organized in my new schedule here and feeling like discussing getting back in shape. What are other people up to? Anyone doing stroller fit? Or a mommy and me class? Anyone have experience with the effect of exercise on milk supply?
Right now I'm doing a walk each day for 30-45 min with A in the Ergo. I live on a steep hill so it's pretty aerobic, probably covering cardio zones 1-3 though I should probably get my heart rate monitor on one of these days and see.
I just started to go to a Pilates class here for an hour each week. It was nuts to try to find one at a time my hubby could be home and at a price to fit my budget but I did it and I feel like that mid-week solo morning is doing wonders to recharge me mentally. I want to add one more group class thing in a baby and me format so I don't have to wait for DH to be able to spell me off. Not sure what will work as he's starting to roll/wiggle/backward commando all over so mommy & me yoga might be crazy!
