I have never tried good vegan and I'm starting to feel like I want to at least give it a try and see how I feel. I really have it all figured out exempt the eggs situation. I love eggs. I eat them quite a bit and am finding it a bit hard to "replace" them in my planned vegan diet. I'm unsure if the eggs products, admittedly I haven't done a lot of research on them. Ideally I'd like something nutritious, not just an empty filler for a food in replacing.
So what are your thoughts!? Should I stay an ovo and honey vegetarian or go for a honey eating vegan. Lol ?
