kzwo, I think you are doing great to go from 156 in August to where you are now. It sounds like your Monday routine is consistent but maybe you want to add more water and fiber into your weekly routine to see if you can get more regular bowel movements to see if that helps your weight loss. I never would have thought that English was your 4th language. I agree with SweetSilver, you are very articulate.
SweetSilver, did you eat something especially salty in the last couple of days before weigh in. That could cause 5 pounds in 2 days. But then again, who knows. Some things come so quick and then leave just as quickly, aka having to pee all the time at night.
IsaFrench, swimming has been my exercise salvation. On land I get braxton hicks contractions that are so tight I can hardly walk. In the water, not a bit of BH contractions. I actually went swimming twice yesterday. I am not sure I will get in today because of my baby shower tonight but I am going to try this afternoon.
