Last week I said that I would post what I ate if there was no change. However, there is no need. I had a terrible week (regarding food) and I ate too much.
Gooseberry what if you weigh yourself twice, back aback? If the weight is different that means your scale is out of whack!
Up a pound... But I've been feeling good this week, eating well but still not exercising... Also the fact that we don,t have a full body length mirror seems to be helping. I realize that I used to look at myself many times a day, weighing myself many times a day too. Now I go more by feeling and although it's not helping for weight-loss, it is helping with self-esteem. I need to start walking again but the baby is restless and doesnt enjoy long walks like he used to. I used to exercise while he was napping and now I just want to clean then relax...

Are there going to be sign ups for another round? I don't know that anyone would want me as a teammate considering how 'well' I am doing this round, however it has been great for me. I am looking closely at my habits and learning a lot about myself. I hope to do much better in the next round.
Next week after the last weigh in for this challenge, I will put up the sign up for the next challenge. Usually the numbers are a whole lot closer between the teams. The next challenge will go through the American holiday of Thanksgiving and Christmas. It will end just before New Year's. I know for me that is always a time of "food based" holiday traditions. Sometimes it is good to just decide that for 8 weeks I want to maintain so that when the holidays are over, I won't be over where I started and if I lose something in the process, great! The weekly check in and support from each other I think helps people make some better choices toward healthier eating and increased exercise.
I'm def in for the next round. I'm getting so close to my goals, I want to keep going and I don't want the holidays to interfere with all my hard work! I've come so far and must continue to push myself. The last couple weeks I have not been as good with the exercise and it shows in my losses. I've been kicking it back into high gear and I'm already seeing results!
Okay, so this is totally going to skew the overall results. I had a terrible stomach bug last week. I am at 163.2. I will definitely sign up for the next round. Not sure what you want to put for my final weight. I guess you can leave it at 170.6, which is what is was last week. I'll just have to see what it is next week.

some school holidays i manage to do well, some other school holidays, it goes from bad to worse ...
have had several issues lately which complicated my life

I'm celebrating too, I did it! My weight today is 140.5. I have accomplished my goal for this challenge, which was to lose 4 lbs.
In total, I have lost 15 lbs since July 23, which is when I started my fitness and weight loss plan.
I will definitely sign up for the next challenge, although I may be getting close to maintenance. I don't really know how much farther I want to go with my weight loss, so I'll be watching my numbers closely to see what happens.
