Beautiful Babies?

Has anyone read the book Beautiful Babies? It is by Kristen Michaelis with information and forward by Joel Salatin.  Very good interesting information.  I totally recommend it.  It has to do with how our nutrition during pregnancy has so much to do with the appearance and health of our babies and even our grandbabies. Very good info

Oooh, you totally piqued my interest with a forward by Joel Salatin. Cool.

It's sitting on my coffee table right now, next to Nourishing Traditions Mother and Baby and Real Food for Mother and Baby.  It's a good read.

Does "Nourishing Traditions Mother and Baby and Real Food for Mother and Baby" have recipes?? I would love some more recipes

I should've thrown in some more punctuation; they're two separate books. Nourishing Traditions mother and baby is by Sally Fallon, and it does have a recipe section. Some of it is a bit out there...like I think there's a recipe for jellied brains...but good stuff too. Raw milk gently warmed with molasses and ginger - SO good. I can't remember if Real Food for Mother and Baby (by Nina Planck) has recipes or not. NT is a much more thorough resource. The original Nourishing Traditions book is mostly a cookbook, and it is a must have if you're into real food/Weston a price.
