Soy free prenatals and supplements

I am writing to ask if anyone has any suggestions on prenatal vitamins and fish oil/DHA supplements that are completely soy free. While I am not exactly allergic, my hormonal balance reacts very negatively to the soy. Even small amounts used to derive vitamin E where the protein/allergens are removed send me over the edge.

Today I have been calling companies to find out if the vitamin E in their products was derived from soy. So far I have found only one that is not. It's Megafood Baby and Me. I can also take additional supplements from the same company such as the Megaflora and magnesium. Has anyone taken these?

Also, does anyone have suggestions on a DHA or fish oil supplement that is completely soy free? The closest I have found is Green Pastures Blue Ice Fermented Cod Liver Oil. Has anyone had experience with this?

Thanks so much!

I take Dr Ron's - they're awesome, totally gluten, dairy, soy, and nut free.

I take Green Pastures.  Get the cinnamon flavored liquid - it's by far the most palatable.  It does have stevia in it, if that's a concern.  Otherwise the orange skate liver oil is a second in terms of ease to take.  The gels are impossible to take.  The easiest way for me to take it is to squirt it under my tongue with the syringe, then gulp it down with a mouthful of milk.  I give it to my almost 3 year old mixed with elderberry syrup and some heavy cream.  The oil mixes in well with the cream and he drinks it down like nothing.
