I'm afraid I can't agree with the OP

Here's what I've had to deal with:

Ok, here's the sling drama.

I ordered the sling on August 16. Paid with paypal.

I sent an email on 8/19 since I hadn't heard anything from her. Never got a reply.

On 8/21, I emailed her and asked for a refund, since I needed the sling asap. Never heard anything.

On 9/1 I filed a claim with paypal. That got her attention! She emailed me and said she wanted to give me a refund, but didn't have any money in paypal currently, and couldn't get any until she made another sale, but couldn't make a sale because paypal had a hold on her acct because of the claim. So I offered to cancel the claim if she would send me the refund when she got the funds. She agreed.

About a month later, I emailed her. No response. I emailed her again a few weeks later. She said she never got the first email, and she hadn't gotten funds yet, so she was going to send me the sling. (Not really what I wanted, but better than nothing.) That was in october. I sent her 3 emails in
november telling her I never got the sling, and never got a response from
any of them.

Dec 5 I sent her a PM at thebabywearer asking for the sling or the refund, saying I had never received either. She replied, said the emails I sent were somehow ending up in her spam folder and she didn't know how to fix it. She said she had sent the sling a week and a half before and that it should have been here by then, but she'd send me a money order for the refund the following friday. She asked for my address so she could make sure she had the right one. I gave it to her, and got nothing in the mail.

Since then, I've sent 2 more PMs and have gotten no response at all.

So there's the whole drama. What a pain! At least it's only $40, but I'd
like it back, you know?

I had a somewhat similar experience although mine was resolved better. I ordered on 12/16. The website said that it would take about 3 weeks because she sews to order. Since christmas/new year's fell in this time frame I waited 4 weeks, and then I emailed her saying I was wondering when it was coming.

She replied and said she had just finished it and would mail it out. Over a week went by and I didn't receive it. I emailed her once to see when exactly it had shipped and received no reply. I emailed again to say I still had not gotten it and would she please track it.

She said that the tracking showed it as "undetermined" and she would send another one. I got that one three days later.

Overall it took five weeks to arrive. It is exactly how it was described though, very good product. I just wish it had been a little more expedient.

Brief description of product: hybrid carrier

Store/Site of purchase: http://www.babyspace.net

Price: $45

How long have you used this product? about 6 months

Fit/Sizing: medium

Performance: okay

Workmomship: A++

Customer Service/Communication: Very good!!

Would you purchase this product again? No

Have you made a complaint to the WAHM about the product? If yes, please provide details of any resolution or lack thereof.

Additional Comments: This sling is well sewn but I found it to be a little complicated for a left handed slinger. Meaning-- You have to rethread it backwards--which means you can't use the added keyring and the sling as a whole was harder to use. This sling was suppose to resist wrinkles and for me it embraced them.

I give it (How many thumbs up out of five?):3.5
