Is no early cramping good or bad?

I am so sick! I tried not taking anything but have now taken tylenol to feel better and get through the day,  sore throat is better just really bad cold and coughing too now, hope that isn't bad when pregnant...one weird thing is I haven't had any AF cramps which I know it's normal to have during very early pregnancy, so wondering if that is a good or bad sign. Does everyone get it?

It can be pretty normal to have them or not have them, everybody's different. You might not be so sensitive to when you do get light cramps and contractions. And acetaminophen is ok when you really need it, just avoid aspirin and ibuprofen (especially last trimester).

Not everyone gets early cramps. I don't remember cramping with either of my first two pregnancies. It was unnerving and a little scary to have a lot of cramping with my current pregnancy, because I didn't have it before or didn't have enough to notice.

I never had any cramping. Hope you feel better soon! It's miserable being sick while pregnant.
