Can anyone identify this bump?

So I have a lump under the skin of my arm. I tried picking at it, popping it, etc, and nothing. It is slightly discolored and has a blue line running through it which I guess is a vein (bled a lot when I picked at it) It hurts if I press it. Has not changed size since appearing about 6 months ago.

It looks like an ingrown hair. My husband gets them all the time, I usually take then out with some pointy tweezers. But yet again it can be a vein that got hurt.

I tried going at it once but it is definitely not an ingrown hair.  After some googling I think its a dermatofibroma.  Hoping to make it to a dermatologist after baby comes and we've hit our deductible for the year.

Looks to me like something I had a few Years ago. It was an old bug bite or wound that never healed completely. It hurt like the dickens if I bumped it- a deep pain ya know ? I saw a dermatologist who removed it.
Be we'll- Aj
