I am vegan and work full-time--no dairy but I need a little boost throughout the day while at work. Hence, I love my unsweetened soy green tea lattes but have read how harmful soy can be while TTC.
Does anyone have any experience or insight in this area--drinking soy and still getting pregnant? I have read that soy can effect your cycle and what day you ovulate, but I have a consistent 28 day cycle and cd14 ovulation (I chart and use OPK predictors). I've been trying to cut my soy intake down from 160 ounces per week to 60 ounces.
Do you think I will be okay if I just limit my soy milk intake or should I tough it out and cut it out all together even though I am ovulating fine? This is my second month of TTC and I want a baby so badly, but I also want to enjoy the process and not feel so restricted, especially since I have such a strict diet otherwise.
