Sonja.. seeming more and more like a test is in order tomorrow morning! Do you have one with a low hCG value requirement? It seems to me, though, that this much nausea would mean your hCG levels are pretty high. If you still get a BFN, I would start to consider what else could be going on. Did you get a positive on an HPT with your last pregnancy? Some women just don't metabolize hCG into their urine much at all and therefore require a blood test for an accurate result.
Last time I got a positive at about 5 weeks... it was after a wave of nausea like I am experiencing right now, and DH bought my a chocolate bar that I didn't want, he knew something was up. We had tried 9 months without success prior to getting pregnant so I just shrugged it off at first. I will buy another test today and test first thing tomorrow morning. I may have tested too early or my test may have been defective (it was in my drawer since before Eli was born). The aversion to certain smells is driving me more to the conclusion now that I am in fact pregnant. I am scared though that it is all in my head you know? I will get a better test and see whats what... and yes, my AF is now officially late.
Abra, that is great about the bus, hopefully the mechanical once over goes well!
