My hormones were wacky for the last 2 months more or less.  My last AF was 2 weeks ago. Maybe my boobs just firmed up after being deflated for a while post weaning, like Ash was mentioning - it is happy change nonetheless. I guess we will see - for the record I don't think I am pregnant though. lol

OH Ash... that sounds hard.  I am sorry you have to deal with this.  I know how much finances are keeping me up at night, I can't imagine what this kind of news would do.  I do hope you are able to figure something out.  Big hugs!  :Hug

Jaimee, we are on the bike. Following the trash truck around, watching it smash couches and mattresses, dodging broken glass, and admiring the graffiti. Cheap thrills.

Yeah, I totally believe that!  It sounds like a lot of government employees are at that point right now.  At least if a person did have some savings, there would have been enough to get them through for a while.  I do know that it's not possible for a lot of people to even get there in the first place though.  Sucky.

We live paycheck to paycheck.  Not by choice. A lot of bad things, out of our control, happened to get us to where we are at right now...

I understand, you don't have to justify a thing.

:Hug  I know ... I just hate that we are where we are at ... it sucks.  Sometimes life happens and you just have to suck it up and keep moving on ...

And this even more.

We're living paycheck to paycheck ALWAYS. So right now, we're also borrowing from family because I have no income. Life sucks sometimes.

My boobs hurt. I need to pump.

Oh, and Abra, hoping for the best today. DH hasn't said anything so I'm assuming it's going okay.

I really don't think it's hard to understand from the outside.  I think that many(most) Americans have been in a place where they have lived month to month and often with a lot of debt.  I've been there, I totally get it.  I do know that having savings has saved us recently in a big way.  It is easy to go through it though, you know, like where all your puppies die, your dog needs a csection and then the dog gets hit by a car.  :(

That's good.  Are you going to get time to pump?

Goodness it's quiet!  What is everyone doing?  Avery fell asleep on the couch at 10am for about 2 minutes and now I'm afraid he won't nap.  Uuuugggghhhh.  Such a dreary day with all this fog and grey skies.  Come out sun!!

Nicole, are you done with your interview?  How did it go?  How did Layla do with your dh?

I'm stress eating and cleaning.

I just got together with my bestie for coffee.  She is furloughed also, but the type of furlough where she doesn't go to work and has no possibility of back pay.  So we had a 2 hour bitch fest at her place, stopped for some $0.30 pasta at Safeway (I bought 20) and put together our list of resources.

For some reason I am getting email notifications every time someone posts.  Its annoying.  How do I make it stop?

Ash, way to figure out your resources.

Click your name. if you're mobile, scroll to the bottom and click desktop. Scroll back up.

See the "Edit account details" button in the top right corner of my picture. Click yours. Then go down to edit email notifications and back up to save.

I remember the days of $0.10 Ramen.

I've been trying to transplant out the rest of my seedlings.  I still have a bunch of cauli, broccoli, and cabbage in the house needing to be put out.  But the cabbage butterflies are such a PITA I haven't done it yet.  I got most out today and I'll just hope for the best.  Time to make more applesauce!

I'm pumping now. Sweet, sweet relief.
