Hello ladies! Here we go again!
I am lazy today - I just edited last months title!
This thread is for anyone to stop in and post their workouts. You will get support if you want it....or just track your daily/weekly/monthly workouts. This thread helps keep me accountable to myself. I love it! I also find myself making random comments on my workouts. You don't have to. You can post workouts that you sweat like crazy or just walk around your neighborhood getting fresh air. If you are moving you are doing something great for your body....
Are you finding it easier to get outside with the cooler weather? I am!
Started off this month slow so I'm gonna stick to 1200 minutes - you
11/1 - ZERO
11/2 - 90 minutes jogging and hiking
11/3 - NADA
11/4 - 75 minutes in the gym....core and stairs
I am planning on 1500 this month since I have a race in October. How is everyone else doing?
My goals and workouts:
10/1 - NADA (what a way to start off the month huh?)
10/2 - 60 minute run and stretch
10/3 - 100 minute workout cardio
10/4 - 60 minute run with hubby
