10/1 through 10/5 --nothing beyond walking the dogs
10/6 -- no "workout" but I cleaned out the garden and that is a workout in itself
10/7 -- 20 min cardio and a 25 min serious stretching session
10/8 -- nothing
10/9 -- 25 min cardio and another 25 min stretching session
10/10 -- nothing
10/11 -- Very long walk with dogs (I tried to power walk most of it) and I came home and used free weights to work my arms/shoulders.
10/12-10/14 I don't think I did anything beyond dog walking.
10/15 -- 30 min cardio, stretching, 20 min bike ride with kids (they are great at biking so this isn't a slow ride), short dog walk (20min)
10/16 --long dog walk
10/18 -- 10/20 SICK SICK SICK --ugh, it is just a cold, but the worst cold ever! I am totally stoked that I put the dishes away. :-(
Well, since being sick I have only walked the dog--and not even every day. That illness drained me, but really it was a collection of lame excuses. I hope to do better next month!
