I have never been much of an exerciser. I just stay active by taking the kids to the park and hiking in the woods, kayaking, gardening, etc.
I would like to do some sort of exercise during this pregnancy, however, because I did Aqua Aerobics during my first pregnancy and I think it really helped me feel better (less stressed, more flexible, maybe a little stronger).
This time I'm thinking about prenatal pilates. I'd be brand new to pilates though so I don't know if it's ok to start while pregnant. I'm going to get approval from my midwife and then try a local pilates center that offers prenatal.
Yoga is nice but I've never gotten into it as much as other people. I'm more of a dancer and like step aerobics, zumba, and belly dancing (not that I'm any GOOD, but the few times I had a gym membership these are what I preferred to do).
