I have a problem with picking out baby names for our 3rd child - nothing is quite right! We've come up with names that I like, Evander, Asher, Rowan, Aevryn, Linden, Brennan, etc.... but I don't LOVE them. I was talking with my husband last night and I was able to figure out a little bit of what I am looking for (and thankfully he agrees!).
This may sound totally odd, but when I think of Mr. To Be Named, I think of a beautiful snowy night in the woods, with deep blues and greens, snowflakes, shining stars and the promise of spring right around the corner. Now how to I put that in a name??? We've thought of names like Oak, Leif, Winter, Skye, etc... but I don't really see any of them as being right. I've poured over name books and blogs and online lists and I just kind find the "right" name.
My husband suggested that we look at some other languages. I am hoping for a name that falls in the English, Irish, Scottish or Hebrew realms, given my family background. Our last name is very English (Folsom) and our other children are Aiden and Annaleigh (we didn't do two A's on purpose, just kind of happened that way!). Thank you for your help!!!!
