Rather than revive the old thread I thought I would start a new one to check in with everyone and see how folks are keeping up with exercise during the 3rd trimester.
I definitely have slowed way down, to the point that I need to re-motivate. I am still stretching and doing yoga, but not very much in a row. It used to be a I would go home and have at least a good half hour of exercise. Now I go home and if I do anything it is just 15 mins. I just want to eat dinner and then get the bedtime routine going.
Inspire me, ladies! I know I need to be able to maintain my endurance during labor, but right now, I am feeling whooped!
