Ergo question??

Hi all,
Okay, I just got my new Ergo and have got my babe on my back. She's young (3 1/2 months) and needs the sleep hood up and I don't think I'm doing it right Where are the velcro straps supposed to attach? I've got them around the main shoulder straps but they don't seem very secure, what am I doing wrong?!

The sleep hood straps attach to the rings that are on the shoulder straps...they are "sliding" pieces of webbing that you are looking for-the rings are on there...

Good Luck...I use my Ergo every single day!!!!

Hmmm...so they go over your shoulders and attach to those rings on your chest??

Yes, basically. There is a helpful instructional video on the Ergo website that you may want to check out. (Sorry, I don't have the address handy)
